59201 failed at Peak Forest on the morning of the 4th April 1996 while in charge of 6E56 Tunstead to Drax PS. Luckily I happened to be at Edale when the train passed, having been rescued by 59202, thus giving one a unique photo opportunity, as the Class 59's were seldom, if ever operated double-headed. This also became my first nationally published photo, appearing in Rail Magazine a short time later.
