37407 "Blackpool Tower" heads past Great Rocks on the 1st May 1997 with 6F67 Dowlow to Arpley. The train still runs to this day of course - now usually with a "Shed" at the head.

37414 stands in front of another Class 37 and a 31 at Buxton TMD, with 60085 to the right. 18/1/92. Buxton depot has long since closed of course which is a shame as it was very easy to get shots from a nearby public crossing.

37425 "Sir William McAlpine/Concrete Bob" is about to leave Peak Forest with 7H49 Tunstead to Northwich on the 14th August 1992. Note the banker on the rear that had helped get the train up from Tunstead and which would drop off the train when Peak Forest Summit had been reached.

37509 and 37416 arrive at Great Rocks Junction with 7H51 Northwich to Tunstead. 4th April 1996.

37678 & 37072 approach Great Rocks Junction on the 1st May 1997 with the 7H46 Oakleigh to Tunstead. Note that the train is still made up of the original ICI hoppers dating from the 1940s.
